Take yourself out of the context of your comfortable bubble --familiar family, friends, surroundings and all the support and crutches they provide and then ask yourself who you are. Trust, it really puts a halt on happiness and raises questions you never thought you'd be asking of yourself. This is all a good thing. Which brings me to think about how easy it is to become comfortable, to become stagnant, to forget that there is so much more out there than that which exists in your immediate vision of life and what it is.
If you want to continue to grow, don't get comfortable. Shake things up, push yourself to put yourself in unfamiliar and intimidating situations. You're going to fail, you're going to hurt, and you're going to be uncomfortable, but know that in the end, you are going to come out with a whole new vision of Life, knowing more about yourself and Life than you did going into the situation. Learn not to resist change, but to go with the flow and know who you are, not what those around you think you are or make you to be, but who you truly are. So much satisfaction will come of these findings. Promise.
